| Step-1 : Pre-Production |
|
Step-1 is a pre-production step combining market research with market intelligence, enabling ORing to help customers pinpoint the product concept, and help them to understand quickly the product’s quirks and features, superior qualities, and its potential competitive edges in the market.
At this step, ORing communicates intensively with its customers in understanding their strength, targets and the market needs. ORing expects to become an integral part of the client’s business, and to assist customers to extend their product’s added- value, to achieve the ultimate economies of scale.

| Step-2 : Product Concept Consultant |
|
At step-2, after receiving the product requirements from customers, ORing will pass the enquires to its PM/Sales team and pinpoints the issue at competitors’ similar products in the market, then forwards the results of research to the customer for considerations. Additionally, based on the product manufacturing stages and difficulties, ORing will suggest a complete Product Development System (SOP), specification and delivery date as reference to ensure the customer takes part throughout the processing steps.
At this stage, ORing’s account sales, project management and material purchasing personnel will also discuss cost and risk issues with the customer and offer recommendations.

| Step-3 : Project Kicks Off |
|
At Step-3, ORing will reorganize the requirements as discussed with the consumer in step-1 stage, and will formulate it into a first draft product plan. Customer will be able to understand clearly the situation regarding allocation and application of resources and discuss all aspects of production and modification with the Product Manager and R&D directly.
Throughout step-3, the project manager will collect product demand information from the customer and account sales, then offers the first draft product plan.
At this step, the project team will use revolutionary thinking to drive out design defects and accelerate the design cycle by eliminating superfluous processes or items, thus enhances product quality, and reduce lead time.

| Step-4 : R& D Engineering |
|
At Step-4, ORing will use the data agreed by the customers at Step-2, and produce a first draft of the planned Bill of Materials (BOM), circuit diagrams and machine diagrams. In addition, ORing will plan the product specification, evaluates the development schedule and produce a sample. At this step, the customer can gain a complete understanding of every aspect at every step of the production process, and can discuss or propose ideas to enhance the product.

| Step-5 : Design Quality Verification |
|
At Step-5, ORing’s R&D and DQV (Design Quality Verification) personnel will repeatedly perform a two-stage product test, and examine the first draft of step-3. BOM and ID (industrial design) aspects for example, making refinements and modifications as needed. Customer can see the tangible finished product during this step, and furthermore can confirm whether the specifications and quality conform to their specific requirements or not. DQV report is provided to customer for confirmation of quality before mass production.

| Step-6 : Quality Verification and Manufacturing |
|
At Step-6, the instruction manual, software and factory production schedule should all be established. By having the above documentation and production, customer can understand the production in its entirety. Moreover, the R&D dept will work with the factory to initiate a small volume pilot run, which will define and describe the delivery time, the mode of operation, product features, distribution planning and yield rate, to be used as criteria for when the real production run takes place. | Step-7 : Certification Services |
|
At Step-7, There are many specific certifications for industrial vertical market requirements, such as UL/UL508 C1D2 for safety, EN50155/50121 for railway, IEC-61850 for power utility, DNV for marine. | Step-8 : Volume Shipment and Logistics |

After delivery of volume production at the factory according to schedule, ORing finally ships the finished products to the location specified by the customers. At this step ORing takes into account all the controls and processes during the production flow. When the product enters the final stage, it will undergo various inspections to ensure quality control. The entire step includes rigorous quality control inspections throughout, and ORing takes note of and test the product against all the customers’ operating conditions.
