Within the warranty period, the expenses of shipment will be apportioned by ORing and distributor, which means that ORing will only provide the shipment cost from ORing to the distributor.
Warranty Policy
ORing warrants to partner that for a period that is the lesser of (the warranty period):five (5) years from the invoice date (exception: three (3) years for ICS-4040),The products will meet ORing specifications and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If any product is found to be defective, ORing sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the products that are returned to ORing within the warranty period in accordance with this agreement and that are found by ORing to be defective. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and of any other obligation on the part of ORing.
