Q : I use open vision to remote control O-Ring Switch fail, why open vision can not discover any devices?
A: Open Vision Discovery Devices uses UDP packets. And these UDP Packets will likely be stopped by firewall/router in a remote environment. Hence you have to ensure that the firewall/router allows the passage of these UDP packets.
